DEFINITIONS
The definitions used hereby in this agreement are as seen below:
1.COMPANY: ATTAS Alarko Turistik Tesisler A.S., the official owner of the site at the address: Nispetiye Cad. Ahular Sok No:6 Etiler – Istanbul
2.SITE: The internet site with the domain name of www.sandaspa.com
3.VISITORS: Person or persons who visit the site for reading information without giving their personal contact information or who share their personal information with the site owner company with their own consent through the forms in the site.Inside this agreement these will be referred to as the User.
4.CLIENT: Persons or institutions that benefit from the services mentioned in the site by paying a fee and who give their personal or institutional information with their own consent. Inside this agreement these will be referred to as the User.
ARTICLES
1.Confidentiality: This SITE is obliged to protect privacy of the User. However, this responsibility includes the highest level of privacy, provided under the conditions, required by Internet environment and the User, accessing/using the SITE must know that full safety may not be provided on Internet. The SITE respects the privacy rights of the User and all information, provided by the user through the SITE are kept confidential. The SITE may not be held responsible for the damages, which may be inflicted on any person or organization by any legal or illegal actions of third persons. By accessing and using the site, you hereby declare that you read, understood and agreed the Site Terms of Use of the COMPANY. In case you do not agree with these terms in part or in whole for any reason whatsoever, you must not use the SITE and must leave the SITE. If you access the site and continue using it, you will be deemed to have accepted this agreement hereby.
2.Impersonal and Collected Information: When the SITE is visited general information such as the IP from which you have entered the SITE, the pages you have visited in our site and the time you have spent on each page, information form and application are recorded. The purpose of keeping such information is for the COMPANY to regularly monitor its site, to develop and improve its services. This information is often obtained by using IP addresses which do not have personal definition information or connections.
3.Personal Information: When a USERS sends as query through the SITE, completes an information form for a certain service or makes an application, the personal information of the USER will be recorded by the COMPANY. The contact information you provided to the COMPANY may be used for advertising and promotion purposes by the COMPANY through email, SMS and direct mail.

6.Linked Sites: This site includes some links which carries the users to web sites the contents of which are not controlled by the COMPANY. These linked web sites may contain other conditions that are different from the confidentiality provisions given in this agreement. The COMPANY is not responsible of the compilation, usage or disclosure of the personal information that are collected by those web sites. The COMPANY does not accept responsibility for any damages that can be caused by compilation, usage or disclosure in this manner. The fact that the links to other sites are on the COMPANY site does not mean that those sites are secure and it is solely under the user's liability. When you click a link that directs you to outside sites, due to the fact that these are prepared and controlled by third parties, the User agrees that he/she is outside the responsibility area of the COMPANY and accepts that the COMPANY is in no way responsible after this point. The COMPANY is not responsible of any direct or indirect damages or costs caused by the errors, interruptions, delays in information flow, computer virus, and breakdown in the electricity or the line. Similarly, when a link is given to the COMPANY site from any other site with or without the consent of the COMPANY, because of the structure that such links cannot be controlled, the COMPANY has no responsibility over these. The copyrights of the information and materials on our site and their arrangements belong to the COMPANY. All of the copyrights, registered trademarks, patents, intellectual and other property rights belonging to the materials in our site are reserved to the COMPANY. Without getting the prior permission of the COMPANY, any person and/or institution cannot use any parts of our website in their website and cannot establish the link of another site.
7.Information Provided on the Site: The COMPANY reserves its right to make any alterations and/or restrictions on the contents, design and access of the SITE. The COMPANY, at its own discretion, may restrict or prevent access to the SITE for any reason. The COMPANY makes its best efforts to keep the SITE contents accurate and up to date, yet can not guarantee the accuracy of such information and disclaims all responsibility concerning accuracy, completeness and currency of such information. The use of such information is at the discretion of USER and is not legally binding.
8.Amendments in the Agreement: This Contract is subject to amendments and may be amended by the COMPANY without notice. Any amendment(s) on Terms of Use will take effect as they are posted on the SITE. Checking the current form of Terms of Use, is under the responsibility of USER.
